Jane Casserly

BIO

 

 JANE CASSERLY is an actor and writer. She grew up next door to an independent movie house. A constant diet of movie popcorn-oops-classic films on the big screen set the course for her life, (also it was the popcorn).

                                                                                                      

Two of Jane's “pinch me so I know I’m not dreaming” moments are:

Performing with Meryl Streep and Jessica Lange under the direction of Ken Burns for a special event in New York.

-and-

Meeting and hanging out with Edward Albee after he selected a production she was in, My Mother’s A Baby Boy, for the Oppenheimer Award.

 

Recently, Jane appeared in the SciFi film Apotheosis and can be seen in the upcoming film, Daisy.

Jane holds a BA (Hons) Theatre, from Guildford School of Acting/University of Surrey.  She is a member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA, and holds dual citizenship of the US and Canada.
